Double logarithmic variable pitch helical mixer blade enables
higher charging and discharging speed, equal mixing and eliminates
segregation. It is also suitable for the transportation of both dry
and wet materials.
New generation technology of T-shaped blade. It is made of
hard-wearing alloy steel, and thus protects the mixer blades from
abrasion, extends the service life of the agitator drum, and
enhances mixing performance.
The geometric capacity of the agitator drum is very large and the
filling rate is quite low, thus guaranteeing more mixing space. The
small inclined angle and lower center of gravity help reduce the
possibility of turning over.
Closed loop hydraulic system and constant hydraulic oil temperature
controller are used. Key hydraulic accessories are all made by
well-known brands with stable and reliable performances.
Pneumatic water supply system. The pressure is provided by the air
tank on the chassis with pressure protection devices.
Three-point operation system includes one in the cab to allow
control of the agitator drum and two at the rear with operation
joystick at each side. Nonmetallic materials are used in joystick
system to prolong lifetime and make it easy to operate as well as
position accurately.
5%-10% lower fuel consumption via “Automatic Loading Mode
Switching” Technology.
Feeding device with long lifespan up to 30,000 m³ due to “material
wearing material” technology.
