The main building of the mixing plant is a stand-straight steel
framework. On the lower portion of the
building is installed a SICOMA 1m3 horizontal double shaft mixer as main machine. On the middle
portion is installed such measuring devices as cement scale, water
scale and additive scale, together
with intermediate aggregate hopper (including measuring devices)
and the dust collection system of
the main machine. Outside the building is provided two 50m3 silos. The aggregate batching and feeding
system consists of batchers and slant belt conveyors. The control
room is provided as stand-alone.
The building is clad with corrugated painted steel sheets. The
mixing plant looks neat and elegant and
its interior properly furnished.
Aggregate is fed with loader. Batchers can store 4 types of
aggregate at the same time. Confected aggregate
are directed to the intermediate hopper at the building upper
portion through the horizontal belt conveyor and
slant belt conveyor. This hopper can store one bucket of
well-measured aggregate. The cement and blended
material are separately spiral conveyed to respective measuring
hoppers. Water and additive are separately
pumped to respective measuring hoppers. Well-measured materials are
in sequence fed to the mixer to produce
eligible concrete within the specified time according to program or
hand-operated commands. At the same time,
the dust-collection system of the mixer starts working
automatically according to preset program. Collected dusts
are fed to the mixer. All functional units work in a coordinated
way under the command of the control system.
The control system can work either fully automatically or manually.
The system not only holds complete control
functions but also rich management ones. In addition, printers,
monitors and the like are provided to achieve
centralized management and automatic control of the whole plant.
