Putzmeister truck-mounted concrete pump M46-5 is a lightweight,
high performance machine on 4 axles. Weighing less than 32 t, it is
one of the lightest in its class and provides more than sufficient
payload reserve. This truck mounted concrete pump can be used in
medium and big sized sites and in sites with difficult setup
situations. This truck mounted concrete pump can be mounted on
4-axles or 5-axles Chassis of various manufacturers.
The M46-5 concrete pump from the German company Putzmeister has, as
the name suggests, a 46m five section boom. It can deliver concrete
within a swept profile of around 40m horizontally and vertically
upwards, and 30m below the level of the pump. The nominal output of
the pump is 160m³/h and the overall machine weighs 36t. This
modelled version of the M46-5 has a pump with an S transfer tube.
Perfect boom design The 5-arm boom with roll-Z fold system has
excellent slip characteristics. It can be deployed quickly and
makes optimum use of the effective horizontal reach of up to 46/47
m – and thus also maximizes the range of jobs it can take on. The
intelligent laying of the delivery line and the stiffness of the
steel structure keep placing boom vibration to a minimum. Concrete
distribution is safer and efficient.
A large horizontal reach, small support dimensions, convenient
operation and powerful pumps for all common types of concrete – the
ideal qualities for supporting day-to-day use. Furthermore, these
truck-mounted concrete pumps are not deterred by strict licensing
regulations. Their low unloaded weight provides additional load
capacity for functional fluids and accessories. The wide flatbed
